Our Team



Ron Muschlitz, President: Ron has over 50 years in construction.  Ron continues to have an active role in the organization’s decision-making.

Jack Muschlitz, Vice President: Jack has over 25 years in construction. Jack manages the Estimating and Project Management team, while he also continues to work in the field as a Project Manager on select projects.

Dave Muschlitz: Dave has been in construction for over 25 years. Dave’s current focus is the Residential Division, along with Dispatching and Safety. Dave also manages the Equipment Maintenance department.



Project Management

Steven Goffredo, General Superintendent: Steven has been with Muschlitz Excavating since 2011. Steven has over 12 years of general construction experience. Steven’s previous experience includes site work, Residential Vertical Construction, Commercial and Site Development and Waste Water Treatment. Steven is responsible for operations from scheduling of crews to project oversight.

Colleen Kulp, Project Administrator: Colleen has been with Muschlitz Excavating since September 2014. Previously, Colleen spent 11 years as Project Engineer’s Assistant at KidsPeace Corporation. Assisting the Estimating and Project Management teams, Colleen is responsible for all aspects of project administration including Application for Payment, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, RFIs, and Submittal document management.

Justin Mazza, Assistant Project Manager: Justin joined Muschlitz in the Summer of 2016.  Justin has three years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industries specializing in Land Development and Storm Water Management design for both Commercial and Residential projects. Justin uses his experience acquired through the design process to assist in overall project management. He is also involved with the coordination of day to day operations on construction sites.  Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University.

Nicholas Goffredo, Assistant Project Manager: Nicholas joined Muschlitz in the Fall of 2016. Nicholas has over 6 years of General Construction experience. Nicholas’s experience includes all aspects of Site Work, and Vertical Construction.  Nicholas will use his field experience and knowledge to assist in overall project management and daily operations on the construction site. Nicholas studied at Northampton Community College and Temple University focusing on Construction Management.


Michael Kinney, Chief Estimator: Michael joined Muschlitz in early 2011. Michael has over 12 years of experience in Site Development, including Commercial, Residential, and Public projects. In addition to Estimating, Michael also is involved in Business Development and Marketing.  Michael is a graduate of Lincoln Tech.

Tom Zimmerman, Estimator: Tom joined Muschlitz in the Fall of 2015. Tom has spent 26 years in the field, beginning his career as a Laborer/Driver.  He has been an Equipment Operator, Superintendent; and for the last nine years, Tom has been Estimating and Managing projects.  Tom has experience in Water Treatment Plants, Water/Sanitary/Storm, Underground Utilities, Paving and General Site work.

Tyler Brescancine, Estimator: Tyler has been with Muschlitz Excavating since 2011. Tyler started off as a laborer for Muschlitz and worked his way to the position of site foreman. Tyler is now using his field knowledge and assisting with Estimating, Project Management and job quantity take off. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering-Construction Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jonathan Harty, Estimator: Jonathan joined Muschlitz Excavating in April 2017. He has three years of experience in site work estimating and project management for both public and private heavy civil construction projects. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Temple University.

Dustin Babcock, Estimator: Dustin joined Muschlitz Excavating in the summer of 2017. Dustin has been estimating and managing heavy civil construction projects for the past 7 years. Dustin has previous experience with Aviation, Warehouse, Paving, and general site work projects. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.


Reinaldo Rodriguez, Survey/CAD Manager: Reinaldo has been with Muschlitz since 2003. Reinaldo was brought on to create an In-House Survey Department. Reinaldo has 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry. While in high school, Reinaldo attended Bethlehem Vocational Technical School for Mechanical Drafting. He began his career as a Laborer and by doing Building Layout. Working for various local construction and engineering outfits, Reinaldo honed his surveying skills. His current responsibilities are 3-D Modeling, Field Stakeout and Site Calibration. He also reviews drawings received from Engineers for accuracy.

Paul Adomschick, Survey/Layout

Keith Altemose, Shop Manager: Keith has been with Muschlitz since 2002. Keith was previously a Field Mechanic. Keith has over 34 years of experience in truck and heavy equipment repair. Keith is ASE Certified in all phases of truck repair. Keith is a graduate of Ohio Diesel Technical Institute.

Kevin Fritzinger, Equipment Manager: Kevin joined Muschlitz in the Fall of 2013. Kevin has over 28 years of experience in Equipment Repair and Management. Starting as a Shop Helper in 1984, Kevin worked his way up to Shop Mechanic, Road Mechanic, and Shop Foreman. For the past 10 years, Kevin’s responsibilities have included business analysis and equipment management. Kevin has earned Certified Equipment Manager with the Association of Equipment Managers and Professionals (AEMP). He has served on the Board of Advisors for Penn College and the Certifying Board of AEMP.


Maria Shaner, Accounts Payable Administrator: Maria has been with Muschlitz Excavating since 2011. Maria was hired as an Assistant to the Project Manager. Prior to coming to Muschlitz Excavating, Maria spent 18 years at a Lehigh Valley excavation and paving company, where she started out working on job sites as a Project Management Assistant. Maria then moved into the office and took over all aspects of the bookkeeping for the company.

Linda Frutchey, Human Resources & Payroll: Linda has been with Muschlitz since the beginning of 2015. Linda has over 15 years of accounting experience. Linda’s previous experience includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Linda is responsible for Human Resources and Payroll.

Brittany Meixsell, Accounting Assistant: Brittany has been with Muschlitz Excavating since February 2017. Brittany is a 2015 graduate of Northampton Area High School.  She was previously an Administrative Assistant at a local landscaping company.
